Home to the first Victorian Rhythmic interstate team to compete in Tasmania, the 2022 National Level 7 Individual All-Around Champion, 2019 National level 5 Individual All-Around State Champion, 2019 level 5 Team State Champions, 2018 level 4 Individual All-Around State Champion and 2018 level 4 Team State Champions.
We have a strong teamwork atmosphere and focus, with emphasis on building resilient, humble, passionate, and technically strong gymnasts. Our vision is to prepare our gymnasts as best we can for whatever they wish to endeavor in their future careers. BEGINNER RHYTHMIC GYMNASTICS LEVEL 1-2
- no experience required, age 5+
RHYTHMIC GYMNASTICS LEVEL 3+
- prior experience required via Spectrum or for students transferring from other sports such as dance, cheer, calisthenics, artistic gymnastics etc
RECREATIONAL MIXED SKILLS
- PAKENHAM
A mixed skills class which incorporates a wide range of circus skills from: juggling, hooping, flexibility training, acrobatics skills from handstands, cartwheels, front and back handsprings, aerial skills, mini trampoline skills, aerial silks, aerial hoops, hammock, and rhythmic gymnastics skills.
KINDER MIXED SKILLS - PAKENHAM
BEGINNER MIXED SKILLS
- age 3-5 (non school age)
- combines rhythmic gymnastics, acrobatic skill development and circus arts (aerial hoop and silk)
- structured lesson with free dance/explore cool down to music ​
SCHOOL HOLIDAY WORKSHOPS
- PAKENHAM
SCHOOL AGE HOLIDAY PROGRAMS
- include all styles; rhythmic gymnastics, acrobatic gymnastics, circus arts high flyers (aerial hoops + silks), and games
SKILL BASED TECHNIQUE WORKSHOPS
- specialised sessions that focus on key areas such as; aerial skills, handspring skills, circus arts and flexibility acrobatics, rhythmic gymnastics skills etc
